: The crack thread
: rasenove May 04, 2013, 12:24:43 PM
Hi all, i want to(and will) make a thread for posting/requesting for verified cracks/serial/keygen for almost any pirated softwair.
In that thread members can request for or share their cracks which will go through verification process. Now the question is how should the process be done? By me? by trusted members? Just run a scan by virustotal.com ? Run it in a VM and test it there? All suggestions are welcome.
Thank you.

This will attract more skids to this forum. I don't agree nor disagree, the mods will decide?

How can simple cracks of common used software attract skids?

How can simple cracks of common used software attract skids?
do you know that the searches of, "XXXXX software cracked" and "XXXXX software product key" and "XXXXX software full version" are extremely common on most big search engines. And skids are the people who usually do them. If they get a huge thread full of cracked software, it will be natural for them to come. Which board are you planning to make this thread on? If it's restricted to guests, then we'll probably be flooded with skids.

Guess a spam filter will help avoid most of that.

But still should i make that thread. Ill be waiting for more feedback for that. I was planning on posting it in the "security tools" board btw.

I'm against it, for the same reason stated by Axon. And if anyone wants to post a crack for something, a new thread should suffice.

What you're suggesting would end up becoming a "request your crack here" thread.
Guess a spam filter will help avoid most of that.
Uh... You really should think before opening your mouth... How would a SPAM filter help avoid skids registering on the forums?

As Abraham Lincoln would say:
Better to remain silent and be thought a fool than to speak out and remove all doubt

This shit is not happening for same reasons stated above and many more. Also - http://serials.ws ?
