I just browsed the hidden wiki in detail for the first time and I came across a site called "the human experiment" which deeply saddened me. Its a site set up by a small group of people including nurses, doctors and medical students to document their experiments. Basically they kidnap homeless people, keep them in a warehouse and perform horrible medical experiments on them until they die. The motto of the website is "not all humans are equal, some humans are born superior". God, what I would do to these people if I got my hands on them. As if homeless people don't have it bad enough as it is.
The very purpose of the tor network is to secure anonymity but many of the people who use tor (including these soulless scum who do these experiments) are not exceptionally computer savvy and I'm fairly sure any skilled hacker could uncover their identity somehow. It could probably even be done in an entirely legal manner through various social engineering techniques. If not, then I can't really think of a better reason to break the law than putting an end to the activities of psychopaths like these, and saving hundreds of people from suffering horribly.

Sounds about as legit as all those Tor network hitmen.
It's likely fiction, ffs. I'm too lazy to track it down right now.
-
I hope its fiction. There are sociopaths/psychopaths out there doing things like this, but I don't see why they'd want to put up a website for their activities. I'm guessing those hitmen for hire sites are there to scam people for bitcoins so thats their incentive. I suppose they might have made this human experimentation page simply to disturb people. The serial numbers of the test subjects are in the thousands, there is no way that many people could go missing without law enforcement taking notice. They also claim that they dispose of the bodies by dissecting them and putting the parts in dumpsters behind butcher shops. That sounds a bit implausible.
-
Its a nice joke and if they actually mean business they will be caught soon enough.
There is Film about a similar topic iirc.
Beside that hacking to fight evil is an interesting subject.
Some ppl scan blacklists etc.

Yeah I'm sure any skilled hacker could easily take down the average child pornographer or snuff producer if he/she invested sufficient time and effort. Unlike LE agents, freelance hackers can work outside the law, enabling them to use methods that the police cannot.

There is an abundance of graphically violent imagery on the Internet, you know. Shock sites like Rotten.com have been horrifying people since 1996.
-
committing a crime to aid in the cessation of another crime is retarded.
-
So would that mean any law enforcement is retarded?
I just might agree with that :o
Screw that btw I dont care, if someone is spreading illegal harmful material at the cost of others so the speak...
Go ahead pwn shit outta it.

Also as I see this is your first post, go introduce yourself first.

I tend to believe some of the things you have described. First thing, you can do this kind of shit in a poor county where law enforcements don't pay much attention to these kind of actions. In addition, some poor countries tend to have a high level of political and juridical corruption,so kidnapping poor homeless individuals is not a priority to the law. Second, I don't think they are merely doing scientific experiments, they are probably harvesting the victims' organs to be sold in the black market. Who is stupid enough to waste his/her time cutting people off without making a buck out of it.

I did come across a guy in the uk hiring another guy to 'hit' someone in the face. Seemed pretty legit to me. :P

The Human Experiment is a parody site that documents the progress of 'test subjects'. For the past year, the website has remained frozen, with no further updates.
Um, maybe it's admins got arrested or something? It's no use sprinkling salt on old wounds.

You would be very surprised what kind of methods police/government sometimes use.

Yeah LE and government frequently go around the law (i.e. signing false affidavits to raid grow suspected grow operations), they just need to be able to make it hold in court.
-
If it were true why would they mention what jobs they had and where they were keeping them? Not to mention how they keep track of homeless people
