There are heaps of mailing lists you can follow if your interested in getting the news quickly.

Neohapsis has a great archive http://archives.neohapsis.com/ that gathers e-mails from different sources.

You could also just sign up for the mailing lists, but you should expect just around +100 mails per day and a lot of trash.

Actually that's my main problem. I hate useless e-mails and am still trying to find a source of information where I won't get spammed.

Is there any way to not get spammed with all the replies to threads? They all show up in my RSS feed so it's usually always full with just 1 vuln and 600000 replies to that.  ???

I use Gmail so all the topics are stacked, so it's not annoying for me. And i even read most of them :)
