As someone who has actually been to more than 30 countries i can tell you that survey is full of shit. While yes most african nations are insanely intolerant, places like Australia are as well. think of how "racist" the US was back in the 40's....thats Australia right now. Also depending on how you look at "racism" a place like china or especially japan are VERY hard on foreigners. Strangely enough its NOT about color or something like that, which is why i dont consider it racism per say, but more of a "countriesm". Outsiders, regardless of color sex etc are just that, outsiders. it doesnt matter if you lived in Japan for 40 years, if you moved their...you will ALWAYS be an outsider. This isnt to say you cant have friends or be friendly etc with others in the country(s), but in certain ways you will always be treated as a foreigner.
