In a thread someone posted about kolloberi os its a very little and still havent tried. I wonder is there any alternative there? You know the choices are huge even lifehacker made a pool about this.
I cant solely try everything so I am made my list here if any tried already and going to try in the near future please share your experience.

Your experience will help me also to the others.

These portable small size Operating system has some advantages. The main advantages I feel is we can set-up our own customization/rules and we can carry anywhere.Apart from that these small os let us to format a corrupted os and it can easily run on old computer(A comment in LF claims that a small os can boot and run faster than 4gig quadcore processor for basic use.)Also it can run on arduino and rasberry pi too I believe.

In my point of view every advantage carry a disadvantages too. SO choose wisely also post your experience too.

What you call "Pub-By" is actually "Puppy Linux" and "ReactOS" is NOT based on Windows NT. ReactOS implements support for windows binaries and is completely written from scratch.

sorry corrected . This is what from their official

ReactOS (http://www.reactos.org/about-reactos)® is a free open source operating system (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Operating_system) based on the best design principles found in the Windows NT® architecture (Windows versions such as Windows XP, Windows 7, Windows Server 2012 are built on Windows NT architecture). Written completely from scratch, ReactOS is not a Linux (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Linux) based system, and shares none of the UNIX (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Unix) architecture.

ReactOs can run windows application?

Yup, you got that write and you better trust what you're reading. Though you might need to wait up on it. Personally i woudn't trust it cos its under intensive development, but you might be brave enough not to care to break up your system now and rebuild it later.better luck.
