So... I think I already know the answer to this...
But is there seriously NO WAY to jailbreak an iPad 4th gen with 6.1.3?
I HAVE searched, btw.

Unfortunately currently without your signed ssh blobs it is physically impossible to jailbreak 6.1.3. Although on the bright side iOS 7 is out meaning the jb for 6.1.3 is on the way it appears according to some articles that it will be released before 2014. So don't upgrade to iOS 7.

Jailbreak for 6.1.3-5 is now out
