WD or Seagate, doesnt really matter.
Seen many discussions about the subject and they are all the same.
Doesnt matter really, cost the same , fail the same :P

There is a value called MTBF (Mean Time Between Failure). This is something you should check and compare before you buy a disk. Also have a look at read and write speed. Nothing is more annoying as a slow disk.. lol.
