i lol'd... Hard!
It would prohibit the NSA's bulk collection phone records of Americans under section 215 of the Patriot Act, the most controversial aspect of US surveillance revealed by documents supplied by Snowden to the Guardian.
So the NSA wont "collect data" they will request it from service providers that do!
There is limited, if any, support in Congress for limiting the NSA's ability of monitor or gather evidence on foreigners.
Is this not the reason the NSA exists... as long as its for legitimate reasons.

Everytime any such discussion arises the problem lies in the definition or rather in the explaination of the favouring party.

Being in compliance with the law.
As i have said before, I do not agree with collection for collection sake.. i.e. ALL DATA being collected about everybody at all time..

Yeah, I would say that this is the major point that needs to be pressed.

I should have started counting from the first time you said something that seems to have come straight from my own head..
