Well the "Cod ghost maker " put a restriction that it wont run on a below 6 gb ram pc but a hacker/cracker hacked and it can on a 4gb ram pc .

This has been fixed. You can find a workaround on popular p2p sites already if you're too lazy to do yourself.

Yes but a console allows you to run many games without having to dick around with settings or having to upgrade to play the latest games apart from the occasional next gen.
