This gives a very proper idea of how time works, very interesting topic and quite a good documentary.

Time. We waste it, save it, kill it, make it. The world runs on it. Yet ask physicists what time actually is, and the answer might shock you: They have no idea. Even more surprising, the deep sense we have of time passing from present to past may be nothing more than an illusion. How can our understanding of something so familiar be so wrong? In search of answers, Brian Greene takes us on the ultimate time-traveling adventure, hurtling 50 years into the future before stepping into a wormhole to travel back to the past. Along the way, he will reveal a new way of thinking about time in which moments past, present, and future—from the reign of T. rex to the birth of your great-great-grandchildren—exist all at once. This journey will bring us all the way back to the Big Bang, where physicists think the ultimate secrets of time may be hidden. You'll never look at your wristwatch the same way again.

Yes I do , at least if any such matters interest you its well worth the watch.
(Everyone should at least have some interest in modern physics , should be part of any education imo)

Watched this a while ago... not bad a documentary... :P
I'd recommend watching this though:

The real question. How do we run out of something that doesn't exist?
-
Actually.. since we're living in a matrix, everything is an illusion... :P

It's a fascinating topic. But it's weird to grasp that all time might exist at the same time. I had heard about the travelling to the future one but never about travelling to the past. If all times exist simultaneously then if you travel back in time you probably would do exactly the same thing as before.
Anyway it would be cool to just walk backwards in time..

If you can you should take a look at 'Science of Doctor Who' were Professor Brian Cox takes a journey into the Who universe and talks about the possibility of time travel to the past. Very interesting.

This is a really interesting topic. I recently read Physics of the Impossible which brings up a lot of interesting topics just like this.
