I have Dell vostro 1550. I installed ubuntu12.10 on that about a week ago and then after some time I reinstalled the Window 7 32-bit. It worked well at that time. yesterday I installed its graphics driver and today when I switched on my laptop I got following error:
Please Help to make it understand me.Why did this happen?

Have you tried the steps found on this page?
http://www.pendrivelinux.com/error-could-not-find-kernel-image-linux/ (http://www.pendrivelinux.com/error-could-not-find-kernel-image-linux/)
Because the image you posted is EXACTLY the same one on the page I link to. Also, a better topic name would be better, just posting Error doesn't really say what its about.

is ubuntu saved on your HDD?
-
No, i have not yet tried the steps given on that page and sorry for a bad topic name.No , ubuntu is not saved on HDD.

it might be that you USB is starting to go bad. its not a good idea to save an OS that you use frequently on a USB. There are a limited amount of read and writes to a usb before it dies. you should just create a partition and dual boot off the hard drive.

Probably because when a graphic driver get installed the kernel might be recompiled, might be a error in that. You will have to boot up in a live environment and chroot the install.
