The above video shows that going to settings, about phone, status, ip address and using the address in whois command in linux or whois.net reveals the agency spying you in your android.

Dont know its a legit one or not... Try yourself.... Some UK users claim that theirs ip address shows a US address

Wow they actually figured to use whois... really
