: Exactly What are those?
: Aslai February 23, 2014, 08:51:12 PM
What is Botnet? What is Booters?  How it works? What language you need to learn to make something like it? Examples of it.

I know it's kind of DDos or Dos.

Why not "Google"? . Because I need something complete information about those things. So I can enter to those things knowing the things I'am about to enter. ( sorry for my english. idk how to english it. Sorry)

I'am not the person like " Oh cool, maybe i should google some botnets or booters then DDoS something like that yea cool. Now I look like a 6 year-old boy visiting some porn sites."

The information is out there. There are complete answers on google, believe it or not. Several articles, probably even an entire wiki. The problem is, these take effort to search through, read through, and understand. You stated that your first language isn't English, but I'm sure there are articles in your own language about botnets and such, its a pretty broad topic. Your not going to get answers here for things you can find out on your own, but afterward, after you've read and have a grasp on the subject, and have very specific questions, then we may be able to help. With that being said, we'll see you soon :)

www.google.com  <--- just to help you out a bit.

Really dude, those are such simple questions. I am sure you would find answers just by searching.
Now what language? ofc compiled. I heard VB back in the day was the preference among skiddies, I would recommend C/++.

People always think of such terms as if it was some black joojoo bullshit. Let me tell you something - they are not. Those are simply programs, made to do malicious stuff. The first thing you need to do is understand the terms, what they define and what they stand for. Next thing to do is research about features they possess and techniques they use. When you have those basics down you can begin "making it". And doing so isn't all that hard...

Search around, this topic has been discussed before. Educate yourself about the subject and then if you have a reasonable question that may start an interesting discussion or your having trouble to understand something then... sure.

sorry for my english. idk how to english it. Sorry

Stop apologizing and do something about it.

But it doesn't have to be malicious either, right? My understanding is that a botnet is just a group of infected PCs idling for orders coming from the Owner of the said botnet. Those orders can be anything within the program, right? If the option isn't in there it can just be updated and silently downloaded by the infected computers.

You don't go into a porn site and you ask how to fuck eh? You start looking around at porn and see how it's being done.

LOL ahahahaha! have a cookie man, effin' good one.

@sil3nt_gh0st: I believe so. People just call the network a zombie network when the network is malicious, but the same network can be used for good. Like controlling lots of computer from one place for maintenance purposes (think VNC) and then it somehow isn't a zombie network, even though it acts equally the same. It's interesting how the media had shaped the terminology for an average Joe... it always has to be bad, we are always the criminals.
