My input:

Another game that needs to introduction. Man I had spent so much time gaming this with my friends :D it was very fun, though never completed anything, kick each other was the most fun. This game, Vigilante and twisted metal were the best games for multiplayer :D
In MK those finishing moves were awesome, though whoever thought of them all was really sadistic or fucked the in head or something lol.

All the finishing moves: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=saZcBBaLoaA

whoopsie!

yeah i loved these games from 1-3.5 i remember as a kid how "sick" those original fatalities were. then again the ai was something horrid...you could beat 95% of the game with just block and uppercuts. Anyway for my all time fav fighting game i defiantly have to go with killer instinct. the announcer was just AWESOME. the characters were varied and fun. Not saying MK doesnt hold a special place in my heart...but for my money KI holds a spot over it. Strangely enough me and my sister were JUST talking about these games a few days ago and how much we miss them. Ahhh the good ol' days.
