IntactMail is a new PGP encrypted webmail provider developed in Hungary and hosted in Europe. This company is a web only email provider with no IMAP or SMTP access.

ive been successfully using an smtp smarthost for sometime now since my outbound comms are blocked with my isp on standard ports.

i use smtp.sendgrid.net with username : rej_hotline   and password : r04drunn3r

they allow non-standard port comms and its worked a treat
