I dunno if any of you know about this, but I've been keeping an eye on these guys for a long time.

...unfortunately the project's development doesn't seem to be very "high speed" so only older devices are supported.

idk why anyone would want to do this? There are several devices that are more powerful and are built for the operating system, this would seem completely worthless. Thats like me going out and buying an android phone and wanting to put iOS on it... I just can't fathom that!

Meh... it's shit. An OS to replace iOS? why would one need it? iShit is worthless as it is and I thought by "older devices" they mean older phones like Nokia 3310 :D

I actually installed this way back, on an IPhone 2G and tested it for a while. I found it was a nice mod to install for the sole purpose of 'showing off' However, functionality wise it was awful. There was too much lag, glitches, firmware crashes and issues with the build.

It's a nice little tweak to show off to some friends, if you have an older device you're getting a little bored with it, definitely go ahead and install this, just don't expect to use it flawlessly and consistently with perfect performance. This project still has a long way go, and by the looks of it, rather obsolete and discontinued unfortunately. Great for a fun flash to bring some new life to an old handset  :)
