I have an audio track that is me saying "You are dreaming." I want it to repeat every hour on my iPod so I can lucid dream without having to learn a bunch of stuff. Anyone know how I can add an hour of nothing to the audio track? It's in HP MediaSmart Music. I want to do this for free btw.

Very plain and free audio editor is audacity, just search for it.
Add empty space export as mp3 or whatever.
