: tuwok July 10, 2014, 08:45:46 PM
Hello
As the title of topic says, i want to disable Software Restriction Policy on Windows XP
But i not logged in with administrator user, my user is a standard user.
i tried many ways but group policy, regedit, etc is closed by administrator.
and i cannot hack administrator password with DOS because BIOS has supervisor password and system will not boot on CD.
how can i run a program on this computer or disable SRP ?

Computers are most likely connected to a domain, which means the computer gets Group policy updates every time you boot it up. So even if you manage to change shit, it'll get blocked next time you boot. Best option would be to get some admin account running. Normally all computers should have a local admin account, on WinXP the username is Administrator and sometimes it isn't disabled.
But because you can't boot from other media, you won't be able to do shit. Safemode is protected with an admin password.
