: scamming the Nigerian advance-fee scammers
: BobDole666 August 10, 2014, 05:20:34 PM
Anyone had any luck scamming the Nigerian advance-fee scammers?

There's a type of Nigerian scam where you 'receive' payments for them. Of course, they're all forged checks and whatnot that will bounce or be returned as NSF after a period of time.

What the normal slant is for the scammers is that you deposit the payments. And then send them money (minus your 'salary' or 'commission') via western union. Repeat until one of the payments bounces or you get in trouble with the law for depositing forged checks.

So - I'm trying to figure out an angle where 1) I get to keep the money (or part of it) and 2) I don't go to jail.

I know - stupid... but it's just a thought-experiment.

Earn out trust, contribute with quality content, get to know people and make yourself important. Then request VIP and read it. <--- The long road.

Otherwise, come on IRC once in a while and be lucky to meet m0rph and ask him to tell you the story. Can't promise he will, but better than nothing.

I am definitely aiming for the long and rocky road. And I have to check the IRC again. It was always pretty funny talking to you guys. First my bachelor thesis , then the VIP. :P

There is a subtopic half-way down the page at this link:

It is called, "How to rape more Nigerians for Fun and Profit" also by m0rph. However, more happened with this 2nd incident that's not posted on the forums.

In my case though, I don't receive or keep payments, I get access to the ring's bank accounts.
