This hasn't been released yet, it's expected to be released on Sep 9 2014. Apparently, it's not free? I'm posting this for anyone who is interested in trying it out, and it's a brand new OS.

I've heard about this a while ago and it seems pretty interesting. My only concern for it is that it being vulnerable to a lot of Windows, Mac, and Linux viruses but maybe that's just me being paranoid.

Stabbing in the dark; I would say its a scam / snake-oil / too good to be true.

Its release date is soon and I still haven't seen any poc.

In theory it is possible, however I don't believe it will get farther than ReactOS has gone... oh an MSDOS PE executable is proprietary format, ReactOS had lawsuits over that lel.
