I remember there is a site which guides you if you want to learn hacking and computer/network security by providing tutorials and references.
Do you know what the name of that website is?
If not, can you suggest me a way to start? Like a path if possible!

RTFM.

Google is your best friend. Always.

There is no  "One guide for becoming a 1337 hacker in 1 month".

https://evilzone.org/hacking-and-security/where-to-start-with-hacking/ This thread gives you a great overview.

If you find a interesting topic you just read, read, read and get your hands dirty.

Didn't ask for 30-days-to-learn-hacking-skills, but rather a long-path.
First off, what are your current skills?
Well, normal skills of a user who goes to forums and reads about RATs, trojans, random DDoS stuff, and tries them. Nothing advanced; very basic level.

I'd say you should focus primarily on learning a programming language. Which language depends on what you want to do though.

If I had a penny every time I see such a thread... Evilzone wouldn't need support.

Haha.
Well, you must admit it may vary depending on the user's skills, so it's not THAT obvious... but, yeah, sorry for that

Yeah but you don't have yet any skills or didn't told anyone about it, so it is just again like basic stuff.

There are multiple U.S. Universities that post videos for their class lectures in infosec on youtube.

http://professormesser.com is also good for the CompTIA basics that you should know before actually studying hacking.
