Looking for a unrestricted hosting company something where I can do intrusive nmap scans, some brute forcing and not have to worry bout TOS crap from USA/EU


shell or vps even dedi is fine hopefully keep it under 15euro a month

I know these good guys, they're called "AnyHostingWhosDomainEndsIn.ru". Or you could just own some crappy box using default/insecure SSH passwords like skids do. Remember kids, breaking the law isn't cool. Fun sure but not cool.  ;)

If you are looking for some cheap virtual machines check cloudatcost.  Our web servers were getting hit by small scale DoS attacks coming from there which is how I found out about them.
