its mainly shit. /b/ is at a point where little kids go to to feel "badass". its like stealing a bottle from you familys liquor closet. you try some and feel cool and you tell your friends about it but nobody gives a shit.

as to /b/ (4chan) getting shut down. i doubt. if they hadn't shut down it by now then it won't happen.
