I have been smashing my head trying to figure out where I am going wrong in decompiling this .net program. I have tried removing Ildasm suppression via hex editor as well as removing the table reference with cff editor. If anyone could help me decompile to source and give a brief explanation of what it is that I am screwing up it would be much appreciated.

Tried decompilation with JetBrains dotPeek and got no problem with it.
