I was wondering if anyone on here either went to DEFCON or has gone to it in the past, and if so, what was it like, tell us some stories if you have any. I would like to go someday, when I have the time and money... Anyone else who has plans to go in the future? From what I have heard, it is pretty amazing.

Ask turboborland on the irc server. He went.
Synopsis: half and half. He said they're was overcrowding. Half the talks invoved people who didn't know what they were talking about. Some of it was good though.. Some badass stuff happend. Ask him.

I was going to go this year but couldn't make it and the same with hope last year, i had tickets and everything planned out and at the last minute something came up.

oh well, i've already booked the time off for next year and have fund put aside. I'll watch/listen to the talks when they get released.

Ill probably go in a few years. Maybe next year, well see. Looks fun tho.
