hi guys, pls i hve been given internet access by my sp,
but works only during the nigh, is there a way to shift
it to work all day?

Some third world carriers offer data/call/sms packages specific to a particular time period.

You can't fool the system by "shifting" the time on your phone... it's not it works, man.
