I think it's either a Zoo or a Poacher farm.. (When i was looking there were 3 Giraffes from what i saw) give your input onto what you think it might be.

There certainly are giraffes here. I'm not sure but I don't think it's a poachers farm, as a giraffe isn't hard to kill and is mostly poached/killed for their meat (http://www.awf.org/wildlife-conservation/giraffe).
Might be a private collection for hunting though.

I'm sorry to upset you guys, but this case is closed. After some whois magic, I saw the ISP for that camera is in a prefecture called Nagano (about 140 miles/225km from Tokyo), and there is a zoo in Nagano. Specifically, this one:

Haha sorry to confuse you, I'm not from Japan. What I meant was that you can certainly view giraffes on the cam. :D
[EDIT] Kudos on the researching though, would've never thought to look it up like that!

Update: I have seen a giraffe sleep and they also have a baby giraffe :3
