Rummaging through a abandoned NOC and salvaging what I think to be re-usable or of value.
I came across one of these:

I opened it up and seen it has a intel mobo 1gb memory and a small SSD.

I am hunting around for a console cable to connect and reconfigure it, but I was hoping that someone here might have some first hand experience using it and might be able to offer some pointers on how to configure or update the firmware.

I see that its by 3Comm which was acquired by HP some time ago. Looks to be made in 2005.
