Yah. Question is how do you approach a guy that seems to be a geek, but you are not sure and you want to test him quickly before doing the big talk. What would be the best phrase or thing to do? :P
Same for female-geeks, what to do? :D
Me: *walks up close* "one-three-three-seven"
Guy: "lolwat"
Me: *walks away*

I would suggest that you get as many friends as possible and maybe you will find a geek in there too.. if you dont, well at least then you will also have a normal life

Dude, you don't ask people if they are geeks. Just make friends with them, I'd suggest the same as Satori. Make friends with anyone and everyone, you may even be pleasantly surprised at some point that you don't care if the person is a geek or not.

Take out your smartphone and do something fancy. Wait for a reaction like "cool, LauncherPro" or "nice XDA widget".

Wear a shirt that says "There's no place like 127.0.0.1" and they will flock to you haha.

Pull out your Cap'n Crunch whistle and blow if they respond with a dude blue boxes are so dead, you know you have a hard core geek on your hands.
