: Eclipse subfolder in branch

I use Eclipse for team projects and when I make a branch, and add one inside my own folder, it seems that after I named my subfolder in main branch, it adds subfolder with older name. I don't know why is this happening. I didn't set that subfolder while naming my new subfolder in my branch.

Example:

:

Branches
       MyBranch
           Version1
           Version2
           Version 3
                   Random subfolder that is created by default Now, that shouldn't happen
