you are studying computer science, but are too stupid to understand that the website was h4x0red by some skiddie team, which put a deface page as index, then admins saw it and removed it. Probably there was not backup for the original index page so they didn't put anything, so since there is not index page, apache will list items in the folder. In the last pic is a 404, obviously...
