: Hacking a gambling website?
: Infrox February 01, 2016, 10:28:51 PM
Hello everyone.
So I was thinking (and trying myself) about hacking gambling websites. The website uses websocket between user browser and server. The website I'm talking about is www.csgodouble.com (it's a roulette which rolls a number 0-14. From my research, the server uses a secret hash to encrypt the rolls. Is it even possible to hack and guess the correct roll number? Or, would someone do it for 100-150$?
Thanks

That seems like it would be to much work. It would be easier to see if you can guess the next number on csgo betting websites that use predictable random numbers. I have heard of people who can win csgo jackpot everytime: http://jonasnick.github.io/blog/2015/07/08/exploiting-csgojackpots-weak-rng/

What methodology, technique, tool etc did you try?

Or, would someone do it for 100-150$?

Ask HTH, he takes money to deploy his mad skillz...

I didn't do much, just inspecting javascript scripts of the client side.
Also, may I ask who is HTH?
