Hello,
I know that every web-server is based on Linux and fully operated through command line,
as I am a programming freak and love programming I want to learn linux command line interface ,
Basically I want to install Linux command line with my windows 7. I have an ebook that shows how to use different commands on linux command line but it doesn't show how to install it, So i downloaded a linux(ubuntu) and installed it but its a Graphical user interface more like a Windows.
Does anybody here help me how to start installing Linux Command line Interface if i am using Windows 7 ?
Thankyou

Install Linux command line in windows? I don't think that is possible. The Linux terminal is something of Linux and only works in such a system. But anyway to know more about that you should just start by searching for a Linux Terminal tutorial. The more basic things would be to explore directories, control processes, learn how to edit files, etc.
Good luck.

actually, you can simulate the linux command terminal pretty well within windows environment.
Just download the CygWin (http://www.cygwin.com/) application and install it on your windows machine.
It will allow you to use linux commands in windows.
You mentioned that you have installed Ubuntu, but that it uses a GUI. Well, it has a Graphical User Interface, but the command line is still there, beneath all those graphics. You can easily access it by either using the shortcut combination Ctrl + Alt + T or just searching for "Terminal", that is if you are using the newest ubuntu versions with Unity. If you are still on Gnome, then just go to Applications > Accessories >Terminal.
Have fun with the command line! :)

How evaah, the question was about why he did not had the command line, you installed a linux os with gnome, a user friendly gui.
You should install a debian/ubuntu server version, or do ctrl+alt f1 to f7 if i am right.

(...) or do ctrl+alt f1 to f7 if i am right.
Yup. ctrl+alt fx (with 1 <= x <= 6). And ctrl f7 to return to "normal".
While in any system besides f7 you just need to press ctrl + fx to navigate.

You can install Virtual computer on your win 7 system . it works like completely another computer in windows . hope that will help you to get full linux experience without changing any win 7 files .
you can download Virtual Box on this link :
https://www.virtualbox.org/wiki/Downloads (https://www.virtualbox.org/wiki/Downloads)
Choose package according to your host . according to you it must be windows host package .
then ,
1. install virtual box
2. create a new computer
3. install linux on it
have fun . :)

Learning Linux means a Terminal in front of you, which you already have in Ubuntu, there is no confusion I think. :D
