Sometimes when I run Linux from USB stick. I get many options including "Copy to RAM". What does it mean?
-
"Copy to RAM" means that it will copy essential system files into the memory from where it will be executed, thus leaving the flash or a CD/DVD available - you can remove it and still be able to operate the system on normal basis.
Correct me if I'm wrong.

Thank you for the explanation. +1
