Don't ask why I ask, just answer - what is this thing and what kind of sport does it use? All I know some people refer to it as a "capsule".

Srsly tho, this is not a steam machine even though it looks like one. It's just a thing for some very bizarre things.

That's impossible. It's a common misconception held by many people that steam baths make you lose weight by giving a feeling of being much lighter. This is because you've lost  a lot of body water from sweating in the bath, you will lose this feeling by drinking water or any fluid as soon as you leave the steam bath. So loosing fat by sweating is not possible.
