You will not get it as easy as that :P,    you have to split it, one for good work should be user friendly, friendly to the system rights,  no use of exploits etc.etc.
The bad one should be bad,   tough... the best way to manage a linux server/desktop WHATEVER is by shell access and having the knowledge over the shell and its commands, linux applications and the overall working of linux.

http://www.darkcomet-rat.com/

Also search for a RAT by the name Blackshades. However, I think trying to hack a Linux system is useless

wow this thread is a bit misleading a guess so let me clear it up.

I don't need a RAT that can hack Linux Machines. I'm running Linux and what I'm asking is if there are any RATs i can run for Linux to hack a Windows machine

Well usually RAT's consist of a server and a client, and usually both are written for same platform. So if you want to control windows from linux, consider writing your own client/server :P

Not talking about TeamViewer or VNC.

There are remote toolkits written for lazy windows users who are to lazy to learn how to command a linux server.

The RAT I posted should do the job for you, what is the software that will give you a static IP on Linux?. Have you ever considered getting a static IP first.

I tried using Dark comet  but Wine was being a total bitch and wouldn't let me open it.
Does anyone know how to fix that?
