So i was asking myself about: can we find a cellphone with the sd card (exemple someone steal my phone, so i go to exemple iCloud and with the number of the cell and the sd card i can find it) or i can only find it with the sims card

it entirely depends on the platform of the mobile phone, and the applications you preinstalled before the event occurs. A while back, I had an application which I could use to find my phone was lost stolen, and if the SIM is taken out it would start attempting to hop onto public WiFi and send messages through that. I forget what it was called, but I can't imagine it was the only tool. My phone was android

lol... it doesn't rely on country because it shows the phone's ID offline?
