Hi everyone. I want to learn a bit about mobile hacking. I just dont know what kind of methods there are. But I need someone to answer me on this questions:
1. What kind of hacks can be done on mobile phone?
2. What can I do if i know someone's number?
3. Can you write me anme of methods?
4. What I need to know before even start learning to hack mobile phones?

You can do anything really. Some people have tested hacking a car with a mobile phone for instance.
For the other way around, these days a phone is really just a micro computer. It has its own OS, its own code (Iphones) and its own security. My favorite way to hack mobile phones is through blue tooth these days, and just download data that way. Now if you're really clever some people have been making back doors into computers with phones and vice versa. From there you can record, listen in, control, all sorts of things.

This sounds a bit like the "What can i do if I get some one's IP address" question one may see on a lot of forums, and you're going to get similar results. You can find their location...to an exstent, you could contact them, really it depends on what you wanna do.
Something that may interest you is number spoofing. Making a call from a different number than what you're calling from. Say, their service provider, requiring a password....

Now, how can I trace someone if I know his number? Thats one of things I am interested to learn. I supose when I call someone my signal go to his phone, if he doesent answer, I cant trace him, If he does i probably could because of transmiter I supose that phone must have because of signals. Am i right?

But what you're asking is not possible for a regular user. Tracking the GSM signal is called GSM Triangulation (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mobile_phone_tracking) and is possible if you have access to the GSM operator tower/center.
I might be wrong but I'm pretty sure I'm right :P

Social engineering == what you need.
This is almost newage phreaking, but I'm sure has been done over and over. I've never needed to look into this area, but Kulversukas is on to what could be feasible. I think you need to look up how police trace phone calls. I'm sure there is information out there.
Hell, step into le older school an check out the anarchist cook book and check out phone phreaking and how they did it back in the day, might learn a little EE too.
If you want the bleeding edge and go with Android or something, Android does have it's source open. So you could find an exploit and dev something yourself. Or dig deeper with google fu.

If the target has an iphone, hack their mobile me account and use the find my iphone app.
