Well, recently my friend entered a competition and he asked me to help him win, by voting for him on the website a lot. I thought that i could just access it through a proxy that way the server would not be able to locate from where these random votes were coming from...But it didn't work because in order to vote you have to be registered to the site ( http://www.ksee24.com/contests/Central-Valleys-Top-Talent-Voting-128609538.html (http://www.ksee24.com/contests/Central-Valleys-Top-Talent-Voting-128609538.html)) Can anyone help, i reaally wanna learn how.

Well I see this can be done in 2 ways:
1) grab shitloads of proxies and do it manually with firefox and foxyproxy. Maybe you can find a plugin that would rotate the proxies when you press a button or something...
2) This an easier way if you can code - figure out how the button works. I assume it's with a POST request. Write a script (yeah Python would be sufficient for this) that sends the exact request from one of the shitload of proxies that you should have and bam! instavote right there. When the request is sent, make it pick another proxy from the list, wait a few minutes and send the same request again...

Thank you for your help but i can't code what so ever! If you wouldn't mind telling me how i could do it that would be awesome.

If you have to register to even vote, you could use a throw-away email for it. GuerrillaMail (http://www.guerrillamail.com/) is what I use.
I don't think scripting something for an auto-vote with and without proxies will work too well, because the registration requirement. If it was a general public voting, with no need for registration, a scripted option would be okay.

You could send a cookie in the header with the request and that should work... though you would need to register once and use the cookie.
@dillond21: sorry, no one is going to do work for you. You asked - we answered.

For email you can register your own domain and set up a catch all mailserver / use a mail service like gmail with you domain attached
