hi guys,
i own a cologne reselling business and was thinking of putting up my own site. it's just a small one, u know. any recommendations of trusted host? i read a thread before, and im quite worried my site will be at risk with the not-so-good host. so yea, any recommendations?

So you're just looking for a hosting provider? You already have the web design? Is that it? :)
-
actually i hav this friend who promised to do the design for me.. lol im so not into stuff like this, but i like the idea of having the site,

Since you're just a reseller, I am assuming you may want something cheap, I mean, not that costly. I recommend you go over this review at http://www.webhostingsearch.com/business-web-hosting.php so you can see for yourself which one suits your taste. :)
-
thanks..! how did u know abt that? do u own a site too?? which one did u go with?
-
I have my own site, well, I USED to own a site. LOL. But I had to shut it down when I got pregnant. You know the usual mom's instinct: "Kids first". :D I chose FatCow before. Their terms are quite more agreeable than the others, well, IMHO. :)
-
hahaha nice.. well i will definitely consider ur recommendation! i believe that moms know best ;)

For a temporary solution you could use 000webhost.com
I use it for a couple of my sites.

I will never use any other host than host gator for anything that is on the up and up
-
If its a legal site without any nulled stuff on it Hostgator for sure.
Offshore webhosting i would suggest buying a vps

I've heard negative reviews from le gator. Never been online with my own stuff, I'm a wordpress kinda man though.

well, sure there have been people that have had negative experiences with it, but what clinches it for me is the fact that they don't treat you like you're an idiot [they let you configure all lot of stuff that other hosts wouldn't] and the fact that when SOPA was still being debated, host gator was one of the few hosting providers that was adamantly against it, while a lot others supported it.
