Hey buddy, I feel your pain. I was running on a similar laptop for the last semester and I had to do quite a bit to get it to the point where it was workable.
The first recommendation I have for you is to buy a 2gb RAM stick. 1 gigabyte of ram is about enough for the OS and services and not much else. It is the primary reason your computer is that slow.
With 2 gigs of RAM, windows 7 will be more than usable if you turn down all of the performance settings. Go to the start menu and type "performance". Third down in the results list you should see "Adjust the appearance and performance of Windows". Go to it and make sure everything is unchecked except the last three on the bottom. It will look like XP but it will run very fast.
If more ram isn't an option, then you can try downloading linux mint with the cinnamon desktop. But really without that seconds gigabyte you will have issues with any large tasks.

I dont want invest to this antique laptop, I even dont payed for it, wined it :) I use it for waching films and surfing net on holidays because my main laptop is huge and have dead battery :( Is it posible to install windows mint from usb?
-
Yes and you can use a program called unetbootin to make one automagically

Windows Mint? lolwat.
I'd say WinXP would be enough for your needs.
EDIT: Ubuntu netbook remixes suck monkey balls... very limited.

Its specially designed for netbooks. You could get the latest version of ubuntu and turn it into UNR, but this works great. Also as suggested use UNetBootIn to make it a bootable USB
Hmmm I will try this tomorow, mayby it is good idea :)

Wifi, skype and flash capabilities are available on pretty much any OS. I have skype on Arch for example. If you want a faster OS I would go for a linux. Something other than ubuntu would be good because IMO ubuntu is a bit like windows. Ubuntu is still a faster option that windows howvever. Plus it's easy and user-friendly.

I use ubuntu on my netbook, it only has 1 gb of ram... But if you want it to run faster, use something lighter like Xubuntu or something maybe.
-
I had a laptop with worse specs than that and I was running Ubuntu on it. It was very snappy
-
So what to use? Mayby puppy linux? Or tiny linux? That linux remix for netbook version look stupid for me, so what is best? I want os with huge speed :)
-
Look into Damn Small Linux. You can also do your own research you know.
-
Hmmm my netbook dont eat damn small linux :(

I have an Asus Eee PC with 1gb Ram. I'm currently running Ubuntu 12.04, and it is running it without any problems. But if you want it faster go for puppy Linux or damn small Linux. I have used pretty much any of the big Linux distros and i have never experienced any problems with any of them.

That is exactly what I have, same setup, no problems.

What speed it works?

All netbooks have the same with specs - 1GB ram, 1.6GHz CPU, HDD may vary.

You may want to try Lubuntu I runned that for a Looooong time and it comes with a default netbook desktop environment and another light desktop environment and I was running it on a pentium 4 512 mb of ram and it was slow but not near as slow as xp was before i installed lubuntu I would definitly suggest it for your case (if you havent already decided on one)
