I use AndroIRC (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.androirc&feature=search_result#?t=W251bGwsMSwxLDEsImNvbS5hbmRyb2lyYyJd). It was the first app for android IRC chatting when it first showed up. Still pretty awesome, I am using it for a long time.

I do prefer andchat over androirc. I like the interface alot better.

Andchat is about 300kb while ardochat is in the 700kb range.

I prefer andchat. I've tried them both and its simpler, cleaner, and looks better too imo
