That's bullshit, Al-Qaeda was directly funded by the CIA and Pakistan in the late 80's/early 90's after the Soviet-Afghanistan War. It was part of Operation Cyclone. Whoever made that video is a moron. Thank you, have a nice day! :D

@Axis, sorry, I was confused by the title of the video. I took it literally as they were saying Al-Qaeda does not exist because it most certainly does. At the end of every month my work center gets reports of NATO-allied soldiers who were murdered during that month. That's what I get for solely going off of the title of the video, but yes, the CIA did fund Islamic forces that came to be Al-Qaeda. Anyway, here are more sources for how the CIA funded everything that is and came to be Al-Qaeda.
