Hi guys i'm new new here so i'm say Hello :)
I have problem with control panel on site. I got the passwords, but admin panel is locked on robots.txt 

Is any possible to get access to admin panel?

Sir, unless you can prove ownership or approval to be accessing vulns in that site, we cannot help you. If we helped folks with illicit activity so openly then we would be subject to prosecution for illegal computer entry and shit and our beloved site would be shut down. Best I can do until the ownership is proven is direct you to google and our ebooks section. Take care
