4th. C isn't a script...
You really should learn the terminology, do a bit of self research and study and then ask for help. But since I'm already here....
C, c++, and even python are programming languages. However python and perl (for example) are often referred to as "scripting languages" because they are designed moreso for making quick little scripts (programs that are automated and accomplish a function, typically small in size) to help automate tasks or accomplish things for the programmer that would be tedious otherwise.
Making a videogame == not a script
Writing a program that opens calculator at startup == a script
As for which to learn...it really depends on what you want to do and what system your on. Like i said, do a little more research and define yoru question better. Once you know exactly what it is your looking for, google will help you accomplish it. On the off chance that it can't....that's what were here for :)
