I installed backtrack(persistent) on my 16gb sandisk pendrive.
I tried both by using lili usb creater and by Universal usb installer.
When i boot my pc for the fist time with my pendrive it worked fine but when i tried it for second time it shows an error. The error is EXT2-fs (loop1):error:ext2-lokup deleted inode reference Please help me as this loop continues and I am not getting logging into my backtrack.

I installed BT5R3 a little while ago and wasn't having said problems at all... perhaps you should try installing from a CD? It may also be helpful for you to ask for help on their forums. http://www.backtrack-linux.org/forums/forumdisplay.php?f=143 (http://www.backtrack-linux.org/forums/forumdisplay.php?f=143)

if you dont have any important files on your usb i would format it
make sure its fat32. then i would check the hash from the iso and compare it to the one on the site
after that unetbootin (http://unetbootin.sourceforge.net/)^
other then that how far in startup do you get? do you get to grub? if so you can check the startup line press tab or e dont remember witch. or try failsafe ect

Do fsck on your usb from another Linux system. For example:
fsck /dev/sdb1
