Nice share, it is really clear and concise. I'll need to download airmon-ng and wireshark again, but it seems like something I'd like to try. (I've never done it before)
-
You don't have to download the softwares? just get BackTrack on a USB, it's loaded with all the required softwares.
-
Looks great :D something to memorize while at school
-
great share. sometimes this fragmentation method will not work, and there is a second way ;)

Share it , I'm deeply interested in Network pentesting

Haven't looked through the Tutorials but I guess he was talking about getting the PRGA (pseudo random generation algorithm) file. For that task the fragmentation and chop chop attack can be used:
Chop Chop Theory: http://www.aircrack-ng.org/doku.php?id=chopchoptheory&DokuWiki=9ec7acb43d85f03d6685d2e02b9c7a14
Chop Chop Attack: http://www.aircrack-ng.org/doku.php?id=korek_chopchop
Btw. the aircrack-ng doku is a very good place to learn a lot about wireless attacks. Everybody should look up how things are working instead of just copy and paste random commands to his/her terminal :) Just my two cents.
Last but not least I don't understand why there are so many different tutorials on the webz. You can find nearly everything you need to use aircrack-ng directly on there site and in my opinion these are the best tutorials you will find:
http://www.aircrack-ng.org/documentation.html
http://www.aircrack-ng.org/doku.php?id=tutorial
Hope you guys enjoy reading them :)

Finally, someone with the same opinion as mine. Aircrack-ng's website is full of documentation, I learned mostly everything I know about wireless attacks there, and I would say I've gained a fairly good knowledge when compared with some tutorials where the author limits himself to copy paste commands and tell you "put the ssid here, the bssid there and hit enter".
Also, in order to obtain some more knowledge, I would advise people to see what's happening behind the curtains (wireshark). It helps a lot to understand what's really happening.

Here is the part where i say thanks for enlightening me in another field i never took time to appreciate. I'll check that aircrack-ng site out.

The answer is quite simple, the tutorials on the site are long and divergent, people tend to look for simplified materials, a few pictures and little words can summon most of the tutorials that exist on the site.

It fucks your computer completely down to the hardware level if you don't know what the hell you're doing. Be warned.
