: relax November 05, 2012, 02:41:21 PM
so trying to get mail() to work in php and it wont send the mail.
im kind of stuck.
yeah i have googled it and tryed the usual
install postfix and edit php.ini to sendmail -t -i
i have reinstalled a few times. and the php script works on other server.
yeah the mail.log or mail.err dont remember is saying No route, some people say that it might be isp blocking, but it dosent work with vpn ether so dont think thats it...

any ideas?

Over a month late I know, but have you checked /var/log/messages or the apache error log for errors ? You can send a testmail using sendmail to verify that the mail system is working correctly. You shouldn't need to edit php.ini.

Sounds to me like the ISP is blocking it. But anyways
