And I love how he practically says that the higher the number (in ms) the faster the connection is. He couldn't fail more even if he wanted to.

Not only serious, but also confident enough about his knowledge that he even makes youtube videos that will be watched by thousands of people which is irresponsible. I just hope that he doesn't become a movie script writer or movie technical adviser in the "hacking" movie scene.

Its not a cash link. It is a twitter wrapper link. These are automatically generated by twitter when you try tweeting a link. So what happened here is OP link was taken from twitter, and in my opinion posting a shortened link is a very bad practice as you can't really see where the link leads by just looking at it. Anyway, not a big deal.

Like I said, its from the comments on this video on youtube. If you go to the comments section you'll see what I quoted. I'm guessing it's some guys name who frequents our forums. Sounds like it's quite possibly his real name too :P
