Mine never works, the ones I've found online don't have the password txt file with it that stores passwords. Can you please help? And would the page work offline too if enter a password for testing?

I think its more of an issue that you just need to create the password text file and CHMOD it to 777. And no host is phisher friendly. Root some servers and run them off those... Your phishers will go up and down but you don't want a host that leads back to you
